We are seeking a Hawaii licensed attorney
with 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial, real
estate and/or financial transactions with strong research
and writing ability for the firm's transactional practice.
The position offers excellent benefits, including a
base annual salary of $69,000 to $75,000 based on years
of experience, an annual bonus based on performance,
and parking, sick leave, vacation, and bar association
dues.
We are also seeking a Hawaii licensed
attorney to advise and represent clients in commercial
transactions, including China-related investment or
business; conduct client interviews and investigation
in maritime cases to formulate defenses or initiate
causes of action; represent clients in lawsuits concerning
shipboard casualties, cargo damages, and other maritime
related disputes; research and analyze case law, statutes
and other bodies of law to formulate legal claims or
defenses; prepare correspondences, memoranda and other
legal documents to advise clients concerning their legal
rights, privileges and obligations. Must be able to
speak, read and write Chinese.
We are also seeking a licensed attorney
with 5 to 7 years of experience in banking, consumer
credit, commercial, and financial transactions and strong
research and writing ability for the firm's Guam office.
The position offers excellent benefits, including a
base annual salary of $75,000, an annual bonus based
on performance, moving and travel expenses, parking,
sick leave, vacation, and bar association dues.
